Nabi Crescent Matriculation School maintains a disciplined, respectful, and safe learning environment that supports academic excellence and character development. Students are expected to follow the school rules and uphold the values of honesty, respect, and responsibility at all times.
Rules & Regulations
• Admission once granted cannot be transferred to another student
• Parents are expected to support school rules, discipline, and academic policies
• Regular attendance is mandatory for all students
• Parents must ensure timely payment of fees and cooperation with school authorities
Parent–School Partnership
The school believes that a strong partnership between parents and the institution is essential for a child’s success. Parents are encouraged to:
• Attend Parent–Teacher Meetings regularly
• Monitor academic progress and discipline
• Communicate with teachers and school management when required
General Discipline
• Students must be punctual and attend school regularly
• Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory
• Polite behaviour and courteous language are expected on campus and in school buses
• Students must maintain cleanliness and care for school property
Attendance Rules
• Regular attendance is compulsory for all students
• Absence should be informed in advance or explained through a written note
• Long absences require prior permission from the school authorities
Classroom Conduct
• Students should be attentive and disciplined during classes
• Completion of classwork and homework on time is mandatory
• Disruptive behaviour in classrooms is strictly prohibited
Examination Conduct
• Students must follow examination rules and instructions
• Malpractice during examinations will result in strict disciplinary action
Personal Conduct
• Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory
• Use of mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited
• Damage to school property will be viewed seriously and compensated by parents
Parental Responsibility
• Parents are expected to support the school’s discipline policy
• Cooperation with teachers and school authorities is essential
• Parents should attend Parent–Teacher Meetings regularly

School Working Days
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday: As per school calendar / special activities
Class Timings
• L.K.G & U.K.G: Morning session (timings will be informed by the school)
• Classes I to V: Regular school hours
• Classes VI to X: Regular school hours
(Exact timings are communicated to parents at the beginning of the academic year.)
Office Timings
• Monday to Friday: During regular school working hours
Reporting Time
• Students must reach the school at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Late arrival without valid reason will be noted
